Group Training 

  • 12 sessions (3x/week) - $350
  • 8 sessions   (2x/week) - $285
  • 4 sessions   (1x/week) - $175
  • Drop-in rate - $50 per session 
  • Evaluation - $30 (based on availability)​​

DISCOUNTS

  • ​​10% off - Referral discount
  • 20% off - Sibling discount 

Referral discounts are applied when training packages are renewed and are non-recurring

Team Training (max 2 sessions/week)

  • 1 session - $250

TRAINING POLICY 

Sessions must be completed within 30 days of purchase date, and training packages auto-renew. Make-ups are allowed during training cycle. For any subsequent training cycles, package cancellation must be requested prior to next training cycle. Any cancellation requests received after next training cycle has begun will be issued an SSF credit to be used within 60 days.

SELECTING A TRAINING PACKAGE

 ​​

Level 1: Strong emphasis on ball handling, skill, speed, confidence, and freedom of expression. 


Level 2: Developing a strong work ethic while enhancing their capacity in all areas of focus (see "About SSF"). 


Group placement is dependent upon age and skill level (TBD by head trainer after evaluation)


Training Days/Times: Mon to Fri 4pm - 8pm (1 hour sessions)


TEAM TRAINING 

(Min 10 players; Max 14 players)


Option 1 (Mon/Tues): Technical work

Option 2 (Wed/Thurs): Speed/Agility Finishing
